Reporting externally is facilitated by specific reports such as GHG Inventory. Additionally KPI Grouping functionality enables the selection of the KPIs relevant to any Sustainability Reporting Framework or Guidelines. Additionally, reports are available to check all master data and specific reports are available for (external) audit and assurance, such as the Conversion Overview.
Consolidation
The KPI reporting level supports to qualitatively summarise the performance of a specific KPI. This way you can report performance to stakeholders without showing complex KPI compilations. In case Consolidation Unit of Measure are shared, you can consolidate performance for multiple KPIs. Reporting over multiple organizational scopes can be done using a parent structure or an organizational hierarchy.
Reporting
GreenIntelli software comes with standard reports to support the control of the data collection process and reporting and analysis of sustainability performance. Bandwidth alerts can help to signal out of the ordinary performance and drill down facilitates analysis to the lowest level of detail. Performance is converted automatically to the reporting and consolidation unit of measures set for each KPI.
Dashboard
To show performance in a more graphical way, dashboards can be used to visualise performance. Similar as for reports, this can be customised fully according the specific requirements for an organization. Standard dashboards are available to show performance according to their trend, to compare absolute and relative performance or to reference performance against targets, planning or benchmark data.
Performance Analysis
Reporting is facilitated by drill down to analyze the lower level performance. In case the KPI performance itself is consolidated on lower level data, additional dimensions can be added to the KPI data. This allows you to signal specific root causes for a KPI’s performance. There are 10 freely definable dimensions available per KPI Sub.
Reporting perspectives
The underlying Sustainability Performance Management Model allows for reporting according to different reporting perspectives and enable the creation of specific outputs for external reporting purposes. Sustainability Reporting is enabled via specific reports that consolidate all relevant sustainability reporting performance according to sustainability framework perspective.
Unit of Measures
GreenIntelli includes differentiation for different kind of unit of measures. A data collection unit of measure is used to register the data, the reporting unit of measure is used to report the performance and a consolidation unit of measure is used to consolidate multiple KPIs. Alternative unit of measure can be set up for the reporting and consolidation unit of measure, giving you full freedom to report your performance according to different views.
Internal reporting
Different internal reporting has been enabled by KPI Results reports, KPI Group reports and generic and specific Dashboards. Relative and absolute performance, trend analysis and comparison of different data versions support an integrated internal reporting cycle.
Performance Analysis
10 additional dimensions are available below KPI performance for analysis. So you can tag underlying performance with, for example, product related dimensions to analyze why certain performance is leading or lagging. The 10 dimensions do not have to be pre-defined in master data, they are freely assignable per KPI so can represent different dimensions per KPI.
