Controlling your data collection process has been enabled by period management and status management. Via Period Management you can manage multiple parallel data collection periods. By Period Initialization you ‘freeze’ your master data which will be used for a specific data collection period. Status management currently support status for Data collected, Calculated and Approved. According to different reporting perspectives you can create a Process Overview which shows the status of the data collection.
